Environmental Impact
Assessment (EIA)

EIA assesses and predicts the impacts of a proposed project or action on human and ecosystems well-being. As such, EIA focuses on proposed development activities such as highways, power stations, mining, large-scale industrial facilities, or embankment projects. Environmental impact, which may be caused by such activities, is assessed and examined from the earliest project planning stage possible.

Environmental
Audit(EA)

Environmental Audit seeks to ascertain compliance of the activities implemented under the project, the existing facilities and operations with national environmental laws and regulations as well as World Bank safeguard requirements and standards and to plan for the management of potential risks and impacts likely to result from implementation of subsequent activities related to operation of the facility.

Environmental
Social Management Plan (ESMP)

The ESMP provides the set of mitigation, monitoring, and institutional measures to be taken during the implementation and operation of the proposed project to avoid or eliminate adverse environmental and social impacts, offset them or reduce them to acceptable levels. The ESMP also includes the actions needed to implement these measures.

Waste Management
Plan (WMP)

The Waste Management Plan describes the procedures, systems, equipment, and structures specific to waste management and disposal. Waste generation will be limited at all levels of the operation in order to decrease the volume of waste generated and make waste disposal more manageable. The plan also defines who is responsible for developing and implementing the plan, and what records and reporting will be required.

Follow Simple Steps

Our Working Process

  • Plan the Audit

The first step in the environmental audit is to establish and document the scope and terms of reference.

  • Prepare for the Audit

The audit guidance tool may be in the format of a checklist, list of interview questions, marked-up procedures, flow charts, etc.

  • Conduct the Audit

Generate adequate environmental information assessment for the potential environmental risks that are likely to be caused by the operation of this facility to the immediate environs.

  • Develop a Audit Report

Prepare a report based on all the objective evidence that is collected during the audit.

  • Audit Follow-up

Actions to close out any non-conformances or suggested improvements will be implemented.
